Grand Anse Beach

Grand Anse (which translates to mean ‘Big Beach’) is one of the longest beaches on the island of Mahe, and also one of the most beautiful.

Set against the backdrop of the lush green of the mountains and hills in the island’s interior, this beach offers a riot of vibrant colours so breath-taking, it’s almost impossible to imagine that they’re real until you’re standing on them.

This beautiful beach is located on the west coast of Mahe, and it is relatively secluded, making it an ideal choice if you want to exchange your vows without prying eyes looking on, as you enjoy the most romantic moment of your life.

What makes Grand Anse so special is that the scenery is just as beautiful when you look behind you at the mountains as it does when you look forward towards the sprawling sea. What you will notice most about this beach is the sprawling expanse of space, and of soft white sand, that it offers.

Access to the beach is relatively simple, as Grand Anse is located close to the main coastal road around the island. This makes it a great, practical choice if you want to make it as simple as possible to transport your wedding guests to your ceremony location

It's sheer size separates the Grand Anse beach from the other beaches in the Seychelles, as does the deep and coral-less sea access (ideal for swimming) helping to make your wedding day extra-special and your venue one that you’ll never forget..
